Quick answer

The bar at Crust & Cocktails builds craft cocktails to order — ask your server for the current list. Wine is poured by the glass or bottle, from a $10 Riesling to a $108 Caymus Cabernet. Bottled beer and seltzers run $4 to $6, with soft drinks and an alcohol-free option.

The bar runs along one wall of a 55-seat room, which means the person making your drink is standing ten feet away and has time to make it properly. It is a good seat to eat at.

The menu behind the bar

Craft cocktails are built one at a time, to order. The current cocktail card lives in the room rather than on this page, so ask your server what is on it tonight — the list changes more often than a printed page can keep up with.

The white wines carry the room in summer. Banfi San Angelo Pinot Grigio from Tuscany and Annabella Chardonnay from Sonoma are both $12 by the glass or $34 the bottle. Selby Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma is $14 or $41, Miha Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is $11 or $33, and Wildblumen Riesling from Germany is the value pick at $10 or $28. Dourthe Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc is $12 or $36. Rosé comes from Bieler Père at $11 or $30.

The reds go further into Tuscany and Napa. Castello di Albola Chianti and Arius Pinot Noir are $11 or $33. Dogajolo Sangiovese, Sella Antica red blend, Dante Merlot and Greenwing Cabernet are $12 or $34. Chateau Tayet red Bordeaux is $15 or $43. Above that sit the bottles people order for an occasion: Prisoner red blend at $30 or $92, Sailor’s Grave Cabernet from Napa at $24 or $74, and Caymus Cabernet at $36 the glass or $108 the bottle. Laluca Prosecco is $9 or $24.

Bottled beer is cold, short and unpretentious. Peroni at $5.50 and Stella Artois at $5.25 sit next to Modelo and Corona at $5, Blue Moon and Rhinegeist Truth at $5.25, Columbus Bodhi Double IPA and the Great Lakes seasonal at $6, and the domestics — Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Michelob Ultra — at $4. Downeast Cider, Sun Cruiser and Carbliss are $4.75, and there is a non-alcoholic Brew Dog Elvis Juice at $5.25 for anyone driving.

Soft drinks are listed without prices: Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, ginger ale, unsweetened iced tea, cranberry juice and Red Bull, regular or sugar-free.

Prices & specials

Wine and beer prices above come from the current printed drink list. Wines show glass and bottle together — $10/$28 at the low end, $36/$108 at the top — and bottled beer sits between $4 and $6. Cocktail prices are not printed on a page we can publish, so ask at the bar.

There is no happy-hour board and no drinks promotion advertised here. What is on the list is what is on the list.

How to order

Sit at the bar and order there, or order from your table — either works. Drinks are made in the room. If you want a cocktail built around something specific, say so; a small bar can do that where a big one cannot.

When to come

The bar keeps the room’s hours: Monday to Thursday 4–11pm, Friday from 4pm until midnight, Saturday from 11am until midnight, Sunday 11am to 9pm. The first hour after four on a weeknight is the quietest, and the easiest time to get a bar seat without waiting for one.
