About the role

Crust & Cocktails is a 55-seat room in Liberty Commons off Weathervane Lane on Akron's northwest side, with a kitchen, a bar and a floor covered by a small team. Servers handle table service and guest orders on that floor.

What you will do

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar areas
Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff

What you need

Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
