About the role

Crust & Cocktails is a 55-seat room in Liberty Commons off Weathervane Lane, Akron, with a small team covering the kitchen, bar and floor. The Server Assistant (Busser) keeps the dining room clean and supports servers and bartenders during service.

What you will do

Assist servers, bartenders, and barbacks with on-shift duties
Keep the dining room clean, neat, and well maintained
Remove dishes and glassware from tables quickly and efficiently
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
Assist management, servers, and bartenders with on-shift tasks
